What an amazing change of lifestyle from the Icon Las Olas to the Alluvion it’s like going from a broken down Volkswagen to a Rolls-Royce
The staff is absolutely amazing - The apartments are futuristic and well appointed- And most importantly, the entire building is spotlessly clean
A gym that rivals equinox or any major gym throughout the country
The pool area feels like a Ritz Carlton
And the people who live here are happy.
Best move I made !!
Problem: major construction right next door.
I've lived here for two years. Overall, I LOVE the building. Very high quality finishes and absolutely beautiful amenities. If rating on quality of the furnishings and amenities, 5 ⭐️. I use all of the beautiful public spaces regularly, and love it.
Now the bad part. The reason I gave it one star is because of the incredibly loud construction literally across the street from our apartment. When we moved in, the area was empty, and we were told they wouldn't be building there (she bold faced lied to rent it). I work from home and it is absolutely mind numbing how consistently loud it is. I am paying a lot of money for a balcony that I can't use. There's dust all over the place, so I can't open windows, and literally the balcony is so noisy if you try to go out during the day. I have to play music all day to drown out the incessant drilling and pounding. It is incredibly stressful, and I moved here for serenity!!!!
Literally the other night at 9pm they were drilling with a huge floodlight that was right into our apartment. This is the only reason that I'm moving. The thing that kills me is they are still raising prices here even though this construction is horrible from 7am-8pm EVERY DAY. I don't want to move, but the fact that they are still charging top dollar for an apartment where construction is intrusive is not acceptable. We checked, and a comp for our unit is higher priced than when we moved in!!!!
I would seriously consider other locations (like ICON) That are lower price, yet with no construction next door, with just as nice furnishings. I literally can't believe they are charging top dollar for a building with major construction next door. I would think prices would go down (or level out) but Alluvion is the highest priced apartme t building on Las Olas, but prices still went up. No thank you. I cannot deal with construction, and would never have moved here had I been told about it. This is why the 1 star. We considered moving to another unit, but Im pissed that they continue to raise prices. If you aren't home during the day, I guess it wouldn't be a problem.
Btw, the building next door opens in 2025, so you have a full year of construction ahead of you if you move here--something they won't tell you.
One final thing.... The building will almost fully block the beautiful view we have of the ocean, which was literally a huge selling point for us. Again, to pay more for a place that we are being inconvenienced for is not right.
Dear Management and Maintenance Team,
As the year comes to a close, I want to express heartfelt gratitude to each member of our exceptional management leasing staff and maintenance team. Being part of this company and collaborating with such a dedicated team has been incredibly rewarding. Your unwavering dedication has played a vital role in our collective achievements.
Having lived in the building for the last two years, I can attest that it has been an incredibly satisfying experience. To our residents, your smiles and kindness leave a lasting impact on our daily interactions. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation during work orders and within the building. Your satisfaction remains our top priority. Rest assured, we wholeheartedly recommend our building to our family and friends as the finest in Fort Lauderdale. Should they choose to move, they won't regret it.
In closing, I extend my warmest wishes to everyone for the upcoming year. May it bring continued success, happiness, and prosperity.
Thank you for being an integral part of this amazing team.
Best regards,
Luis Dominguez
I have to say that this building is amazing! I'm serious. The leasing agents and the managers are awesome people. They really care and make me feel like I am home and
they are family. The building is gorgeous and the amenities are incredible. From the top notch gym health club, sauna, steam room, high end massage chairs and of course the immaculate pool and jacuzzi which overlooks the water and boats! This building makes me feel like I am living in a 5 star Hotel. I am SO happy I decided to live here! Thank you to all the staff for making my new home an incredible experience!!!
Hands down the best rental high rise in the Tri-county area! Everything from the resort like amenities, the location, and the events the building throws monthly are all A+++. I read some of the other recent reviews about the elevators. However, I don’t think it's a fair review considering all the other buildings down here are WAY WORSE. Elevators break… in every building, but guess what? There are 5 elevators here. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, However, at most of the other buildings, there are only 2. It takes like 20 minutes for those elevators to come and guess what, if they are broken or getting serviced, you better be in good shape to haul it down 42 flights. LOL. The residents in this building are all fantastic, the staff are super nice and the security is on point. All I can say is that if you gave 100 people a solid bar of 10k gold, there would be a few that complain its not 14k. Gold 🤷♂️ That’s the ugly truth of any bad reviews in this building. I love it, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. I love it here. This feels like home.
Impeccable start (first 3 months) thanks to Mauricio. Amenities are top of the line for any Ft. Lauderdale apartment. Friendly community makes it a great place to reside for all ages here in South Florida. Great views of the New River and right on the river walk makes it an amazing community to have a dog.
Living at the Alluvion has been an absolute DREAM!! I've been here for one year, and I just renewed my lease today for another 15 months! …
I moved into the Alluvion in January after living in Rome for four years!
I absolutely love living here, as I grew up in Fort Lauderdale!!! #STA …
